If The Full Brand Audit or Yearly Intelligence has not earned its price in your first 30 days, email us and we will refund you in full. No forms to fill in and no questions asked.
To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or write to us from the email address on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Yearly Intelligence is billed once a year and renews automatically at the price you signed up at. You can cancel at any time and your plan will simply not renew: your dashboard stays live until the end of the year you paid for, then becomes read-only, and we keep your history for 12 months in case you come back. We do not offer partial refunds for the remainder of a paid year.
The Full Brand Audit is a one-time purchase and is complete once delivered. If you upgrade to Yearly Intelligence within 60 days, the $995 you paid is credited in full toward your plan.
If something goes wrong on our side, such as an extended outage or a data error we confirm, write to us. We will credit or refund you case by case, and we err on your side.
If we permanently discontinue the service, we will refund the unused full months of each active Yearly Intelligence plan pro rata, to the original payment method, without you having to ask. This refund is the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for discontinuation of the service, and our total liability arising from discontinuation will not exceed that amount.
The guarantee applies once per customer, not once per purchase.
