AI Shelf Space is a measurement company, and we keep the data we hold about people deliberately small.
What we collect
- Subscribers: name, work email, company, and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Visitors: we use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks (pages viewed, referrers, country, and a few actions such as running a brand check or opening the pricing page). It sets cookies in your browser, which you can block or clear in your browser settings at any time, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google's own browser add-on. We run no advertising trackers, we do not use this data for advertising, and we never sell personal data.
- Correspondence: emails you send us, so we can answer them.
What we measure (and why it isn't personal data)
Our product data comes from sampling public AI surfaces about supplement categories and brands. It contains brand and product names, not information about individuals.
How we use your information
- To run your subscription: dashboards, movement alerts, and the monthly digest.
- To answer your emails.
- Occasional product updates to subscribers; every email has an unsubscribe link. No third-party marketing.
Retention and your rights
Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for 12 months after (so returning customers keep their history), then deleted on request or on schedule. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data anytime: .
Processors
We use a small set of processors (payments: Stripe; analytics: Google Analytics; hosting/infrastructure; email delivery). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
